Bought these last year in brown, went for the petrol this year as I knew they fitted well. I am size 8 but these 41s are a good size, tight on the calves which I prefer because they do loosen with wear. Also sent off for the green as there was no picture of that colour. The green is a forest green quite dark so I thought the petrol was more funky and for some reason cheaper! Excellent but not as cheap as last year!

These are great boots and I've had no end of compliments on them.
Before purchase I read that they're very snug on the calves but for me they fit just right - a snug fit but not too tight, maybe a finger's depth of space only. I would agree that these boots are only for slim legged chicks. I would advise trying these on in the High Street to check if you can get on with them.
The leather is nice and soft but it does mark very, very easily. I waterproofed the moment I purchased them and it's a good job I did.
The only thing stopping my 5th star is that mine have slumped a little towards the ankle and I wanted a really 'upright' pair.
I would recommend these boots to anyone. As I say EVERY time I wear them I get lots of compliments which is always great.

I have these boots in black and I have to say they are so comfortable, I have worn them all winter. I agree that they are very slim fitting around the calf area but the top buckle can be adjusted slightly.When they have been worn a few times, the tight fitting tends to ease a little and the bonus is they do not go saggy around the leg like some boots do. The soles are very hard wearing and I have not experienced them being too slippery on wet flooring, or at least no more than other footwear. Am definately going to get another pair of Fly boots, really good value for money and very well made.

This is my third pair of Fly boots and I have not been disappointed. They are well made, comfortable and a superb fit. The sizing is not generous so if you do not have slim legs they may be a bit tight. I bought them in green which is in fact a shiny sort of leather so not sure how or whether to try and treat them. I would recommend if at all possible treating them if you have bought a soft leathered boot as they do tend to mark easily. You will not be disappointed.
